Eleanor I am trying my best to get this unruly lot tamed in time for your special do. So far, not one of them has signed up for my Swiss finishing school and have gone off on all sorts of tangents.... I know that a number of them are in desperate need of refining

Well you surely can`t include me in that number, Barbara - I`m ultra-refined. Ask Doreen about the naked men at Harrogate, I think that was before you joined us on the forum. Jean, Julie and I are still trying to live it down! Kathleen x

And I am even *more* refined than that as I know nothing about naked men in Harrogate!
I would sign up....but I spent my money in the wine bar, sorry, I mean the bookshop..........

Erm...but Barbara, there really WERE naked men when we met up in Harrogate. Julie went upstairs with her camera to photograph them in the loo! We had photos of them on the forum? Honestly!

Hi I remember them in the photo I have just got over the shock of it (I have had a very sheltered life ) well will let you know what I have been up to for this party jumped from big ben managed to swing (at the same time  ) to the London eye landed on top of it (rather pleased with my-self) there waiting for me was a red arrow pilot with a hand glider ready (I was sat on the front seat ) managed to land in Hyde park behind the bike shed  he then took me to the Ritz where to my supprise a stage was set up poles included the management was so impressed we can have this room for the whole week-end all this was done while I was wearing my tassels and matching thong my Robin Hood boots and a feather head band hope this is ok for you (for-got to say this is just the start of the evening) Mary L

I tell you what, girls, what with naked men in Ladies loos; drugs busts on board ships - anyone would think we were all living life in the fast lane. I was refined until I joined this forum!!!!!!

I AM GOING TO PULL RANK HERE !!!  NO! NO! NO! I will not be putting up with any of your antics, Eleanor wants a refined retirement do and that is what she's going to get, and I wont be repeating myself again !!!! As for whose refined, that will be left to my judgment, sorry Amanda, Doreen, Kathleen, Liz and especially Mary, there will be no exemptions made. I will have my ruler and books ready..... Re skiing, Liz if you pass and that goes for all of you, there will be a few treats available depending on how you pass the test: pass, merit distinction. Be warned, I'm thinking of inviting Stewart as an assessor!!

No Jean you've not been left off my list, and as for poor Jenni, she has extenuating circumstances and special needs, and I need to be gentle with her. Now Mary are you trying to bribe me? - unbeknown to you THE BIG GUY and I have already met up, and I know all about the red arrows, I've had the privilege of meeting his mates too - lot of big guys, I'll have you know Had a fantastic trial tour with them and passed with "FLYING Colours"
